Q How long will I have to wait for my item?
A On the product detail page of all products you will find a features tab that informs our customers of expected delivery time of that product. We have a priority delivery option for most products. Business days are Mon-Fri.

Q What form of post do you use?
A We use 1st class post for our standard delivery method but there is an option at checkout to have your product by priority delivery if you choose.

Q I want my bottle label to read 'Dave's finest Birthday Whiskey'. Do i need to put "Dave's" or just "Dave" in the name area of the personalisation area?
A You would need to write Dave's if that is how you want it on the label? We personalise as typed in by our customers.

Q What is your return policy?
A If you are not happy with the quality or standard of your item then we offer a full refund within 14 days of posting. The item must be complete with packaging. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes we do. There is an option in the shopping cart to select your destination country and it will quote you.

Q What if I have made a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us asap. If we have not already dispatched your order we can amend the mistake.

Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept most major credit/debit cards which are processed through a secure server so you have total security. We also accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Personal Cheques.

Q How do I tell you what personalised details I would like on my item?
A All products have a shopping cart system that allows our customers to input the details they require on their item.

Q Do you give any discount for larger orders or ever have any special offers?
A We have multiple buy discounts for buying more than 1 of each item for selected products. From time to time we also have special discount codes. These discounts can be viewed within the product page or on our discount page.

Q I'm on a budget and want to buy a few items. Can you provide a quote?
A Our shopping cart system adds up the cost of your order and will provide a total. Items can be easily removed and added to your cart. There is no obligation to buy once you have added them into your cart.

Q Do you take Telephone orders?
A Yes we can take telephone orders. Please view our printable form before you place your order. Telephone Order Form

Q What occasions can your gifts be personalised for?
A Some of our labels are specific to that occasion i.e Valentines and some are generic that can be personalised for any occasion. If the title of the product has the occasion in it then it is specific for that occasion. You can search for a specific occasion within our occasion categories pages.

Q How do I know if my photo has uploaded?
A You should see your photo next to your product in your shopping cart.

Q How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
A You can check the status of your order my logging into your account if you have created an account.

Q I have received 1 item but not the other?
A Sometimes we dispatch your order separately if you have ordered different items.

Q There is a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us via our contact us page and we will investigate immediately.

Q How long will delivery be?
A Please see our delivery page for information on delivery. All products now have delivery times under the featues tab on the product details page.
