Q How long will I have to wait for my order?
A On the product detail page of all products you will find a features tab that informs our customers of expected delivery time of that product. Generally speaking, standard UK delivery is estimated within 4 business days from ordering and priority delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from ordering. Business days are Mon-Fri. Q What form of post do you use?
A For standard UK delivery we use Royal Mail 1st class post for bottle labels and 2nd class post for alcohol gifts. For priority UK delivery we use Royal Mail next day special delivery for bottle labels and APC overnight parcel service for alcohol gifts.
Q How long will delivery be?
A Please see our delivery page for information on delivery. All products now have delivery times under the delivery tab on the product details page.
Q How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
A You will receive an email once your order has been marked as dispatched. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account if you have created an account.
Q Do you ship internationally?
A We ship all bottle labels Internationally. Unfortunately, due to complicated custom laws in some countries, we no longer ship alcohol outside the UK. There is an option in the shopping cart to select your destination country. Price varies by country.
Q I have received 1 item but I ordered 2?
A Sometimes we dispatch your order separately if you have ordered different items.
Q There is a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us via our contact us page and we will investigate immediately. Please quote your order number.
Q I’ve put the incorrect address on my order?
A If we haven’t dispatched your order we can amend the address. If your order has been dispatched it’s likely that your order will either be returned to us or delivered to the incorrect address. A delivery charge will be incurred for any order that has been returned to us and requires another dispatch. We are not held responsible for lost items due to incorrect delivery address by the customer.
Q My item was returned back to you because I did not pick it up from Royal Mail or the Courier?
A There are 2 options if this happens. We can resend out to you, you will need to pay either standard or priority delivery charges depending on the method you choose. Alternatively, we can refund the cost of the product if you choose not to have it resent.
Q What is your phone number?
A Unfortunately we are online only and don’t have a landline contact number. However, we can be contacted through live chat, Facebook, email and our contact us page.
Q What is the quickest way to contact you?
A Please use our live chat to contact us quickly.
Q Can I speak to someone?
A If you would like to speak to us on the phone please contact us via our contact us page and request a call. Someone will call you within 24hrs.
Q Can I view my personalised label before I commit to buying?
A Yes sure! Most of our labels and alcohol gifts have a live label preview. Simply click ‘Create your Label’ on the product page and you can create and view your label as you type.
Q I want my bottle label to read 'Dave's finest Birthday Whiskey'. Do I need to put "Dave's" or just "Dave" in the name area of the personalisation area?
A Most of our labels have the option of live preview before you buy. Some 3rd party products do not have the live preview option. You would need to write Dave's if that is how you want it on the label? We personalise as typed by our customers.
Q How do I tell you what personalised details I would like on my item?
A Most products have live label preview which you can personalise and view your label before you buy. Any product that doesn’t have live label preview has text input boxes instead. Simply type the personalisation details into the text input boxes and then click ‘add to cart’.
Q What occasions can your gifts be personalised for?
A Some of our labels are specific to that occasion i.e Valentines. Some are generic that can be personalised for any occasion. If the title of the product has the occasion then it is specific for that occasion. You can search for a specific occasion within our occasion categories pages.
Q I can’t see where to personalise the label? There is no ‘create your label’ button?
A We have identified that older versions of Internet Explorer have some compatible issues with our label previewer. Please try an alternative web browser.
Q What is your return policy?
A If we have made an error on your order we will offer a full refund or replacement. All products that are personalised are exempt from any 14 days changed your mind policy.
Q What if I have made a mistake with my order?
A Please contact us asap through our contact us page. If we have not already dispatched your order we can amend the mistake.
Q Can I return an item that is no longer required?
A All our products are personalised specifically and are bespoke to the customer. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns that are personalised.
Q My item arrived later than the expected date and is now no longer required. Can I return it?
A We allow returns for any item that arrives after our committed delivery schedule for priority delivery only. Due to the nature of standard delivery, we don’t guarantee any delivery dates nor do we accept any returns for orders received after the estimated delivery date.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept most major credit/debit cards which are processed through a secure server WorldPay so you have total security. We also accept Paypal and this can be selected through WorldPay at the checkout stage.
Q Can I pay over the phone?
A Please contact us if you wish to pay over the phone for your order.
Q Do you give any discount for larger orders or ever have any special offers?
A We have multiple buy discounts for buying more than 1 of each item for selected products. From time to time we also have special discount codes. These discounts can be viewed within the product page or on our discount page.
Q I'm on a budget and want to buy a few items. Can you provide a quote?
A Our shopping cart system adds up the cost of your order and will provide a total. Items can be easily removed and added to your cart. There is no obligation to buy once you have added them into your cart.
Q Do you do special orders for corporate events or gifts?

Q Do you offer any discount codes?

Q Where do I enter my discount code?A Your discount code can be entered at the cart or checkout page in the box ‘gift certificate or discount code’.
