I am very unhappy with this situation.
I specifically ordered the personalised champagne bottle label based on the advertised delivery date, as it was required for a special birthday occasion. The failure to deliver on time has caused considerable disappointment and inconvenience.
Had I known the delivery date would not be met, I would have made alternative arrangements. I would therefore appreciate your urgent response outlining how you intend to remedy this issue.
